| PAYING WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD
Phoenix Trading (sweetswholesale.co.uk) take security very seriously. For this reason we have chosen to use Protx (http://www.protx.com) to undertake all credit card transactions on our behalf.
When you place an order you have 2 options if you wish to pay using a card, you can either pay online immediatly using the secure server of protx or call us direct with your card details.
We do not store any credit card details or other sensitive information on our site, all transaction are processed by Protx, who use bank-approved software and the highest levels of encryption to ensure that your credit card details are kept secure at all times. |
| PAYING BY CHEQUE
Payments by cheque must be recieved within 7 days of the order being placed. As soon as we have recieved your cheque we will email you confimation of recipt. If you do not recieve an email within 4 days of you posting the cheque then please contact us on 0191 4825000 to confirm reciept.
Your order will be shipped as soon as the cheque clears, usually 5 working days
